The reason that those things fail most people is simple — everything that you typically see with those purchases are finished products. What do I mean by finished products? I mean perfect setups and trades that provide the illusion that the path to profitability is going to be easy to follow.
Here’s the problem. The stock market is not black and white. Chart patterns become extinct over time and technology continues to evolve on a daily basis. What worked last month could be a dinosaur today.
So now what? You spent all that cash on an edited movie but the best reality show that’s not on TV continues to produce different endings. Meanwhile, your trading account is getting shallower and it feels like you’re running in place.
By now you’re probably ready for me to tell you what I can do to help bring you into the light, right? Well, this is no Disney movie with a happy ending. This is the market and it’s full of grown folks like me that will take your money on the other side of trades if you slip up for even a second.
Look, you’ve already heard all the promises and the whole song and dance. I am here to tell you that it’s time to take responsibility for yourself. There are plenty of good people out there that can help you, but there are many more that I wouldn’t let pet my dog, let alone show me the way.
